I have already used a the path variable...but anyway, since it works on
the server, temporarily I've dumped all the files in a single directory
and am accessing them from there.

Are you trying to use epoch date on Windows? If so, there's a non-bug:

Seriously, run by your local art supply or automotive paint supply and pick
up some frisket. It's what airbrush artists use to mask areas, and it
readily conforms and is easily trimmed with a frisket knife.
