I haven't tried it in about a year when I was trying to find a decent
newsreader for my Mac (OS X 10.4) It lasted less than a day but your
mileage
may vary.

But then again Thunderbird wasn't all that about a year ago...

Yep, I have both platforms. I just don't care for Thunderbird as news
reader. I tried others as well.
Also, other than the Office programs (primarily Outlook 2007, One Note
Word) I use Dreamweaver, TopStyle and Fireworks the most.
BTW, I should have said I have not found a newsreader I like for the Mac so
if anyone has suggestions I would like to hear them.
