Hello everyone, I have a client who wants to import my HTML email template into Outlook. The email works fine in any other application regardless of their method, however we cannot even get this imported into Outlook. I have located several online tutorials to help walk the client through it, but we have had no luck so far.
Does anyone have any clue how to do this? Also, I have been desiging emails for quite some time but this is my first time where it is to be used in Outlook. Does anyone have any design tips that I might find useful? Just to answer some possible questions: 1. The email is hand-coded with HTML 4.01 transitional, validated code 2. It contains a full header with links back to the client's web site 3. All images have absolute links to the server 4. The email is designed to re-size according to the amount of text place in the body with a repeatable background. 5. CSS is doc level. Thanks so much for any assistance offered.
