Don't feel bad the moderator of another list put up a poll on who useful

That may be because you need to talk to Internet branding experts, and we
are not - as far as I know - those people.
You might try reading books on this topic if you can't find a suitable
consultant.

But search somewhere like Amazon for 'internet branding' and you'll find
quite a number of books on this topic.
