Hi Zhao,
You would be using SVG to do that. The w3 org got a spec on it and searching
google would bring lots links to follow. All the latest browsers
would/should support it. I don't have any examples for you though.

Please send a link to the page you are referring to. On a guess, I would say it
might be svg (scalable vector graphic) markup.
