I think cheap and reliable is what the person asking is looking for to host
a non-profit site. I've passed the 34sp.com hosting along to the person who
asked. Whether they decide to use them or not I is up to them.

Depends what is wanted but 34sp.com is outstanding for the price and
offers a goodly deal of facilities. Technical support is quick,
thorough and friendly. I'm not sure I've had (or known about) any
downtime and I have a watch on it with Internet Seer.

I've used www.34sp.com exclusively for years. I have about ten sites with
them, they have lots of server-side options including databases as standard.
They have been totaly reliable and respond well to queries. And they're very
cheap. They moved from the States to the UK.
