[wdvltalk] Re load time

Jac, hope you got the download results for your page that I sent to 
offlist.

I also checked the download time for my regular index.html and then 
for my index2.html page that doesn't use any images.

index.html -    MODEM           DOWNLOAD TIME
                14.4k           49.15 seconds
                28.8k           15.57 seconds
                56k             13.99 seconds
                ISDN (128k)      7.30 seconds
                T1 (1.44 MB)     2.47 seconds
index2.html     MODEM           DOWNLOAD TIME
                14.4k           14.44 seconds
                28.8k            8.22 seconds
                56k              5.16 seconds
                ISDN (128k)      3.40 seconds
                T1 (1.44 MB)     2.12 seconds
Big difference. I'm really impressed.
