JustGiving do pretty straightforward online donation stuff:

Alternatively you could use a "real" payment processor - IIRC Worldpay let 
charities use their small business packages but waive the setup and monthly 
fees (so you only pay per transaction):

I have an email from them with all the details about this, give me a shout 
offlist if you want me to forward it over to you.

You could also try Paypal, no idea if they do special pricing for charities 
though:

No matter where you end up, you'll pay a few % of the transaction value plus 
maybe a monthly fee as well. Work out how many donations you're expecting, 
though - if you're not putting through very many you may find a site with a 
higher transaction % but no standing charges works out cheaper in the long run.
