As I used to have a (zope) hosting business I have spare capacity on my servers (actual hardware that I own) where I host mirrors for cherokee, linuxmint, and pc-bsd. I'd be more than happy to host or mirror web2py.com. My servers are currently in CA, FL, and CO but CA will likely be migrated
