For me, the text in the top blue bar (i.e., AskValue, QUESTIONS, and

to be lighter). The attached image shows what it looks like for me.
Also, I notice AskValue is using the Tymr favicon, which is confusing.

Besides QA, there can also be a chipin process towards a request,
where people would add to the pot until somebody agrees to do the
work, the pot can be on consignment until delivered and still be open
for more contributions.
