Hi,

I'm having some issues with correct display of fonts in Midori and
Epiphany (both with WebKit-gtk backend) on Fedora 9. I am not sure if
this problem is in WebKit-gtk or somewhere else, so I am letting you
know as well (I filled a bug at fedora bugzilla [1]). In short, there is
white space instead of hanzi, kanji, kana and korean characters, and for
Amharic with Ethiopic script it seems to use totally different
characters than gecko based browsers (alas I don't know which ones are
the correct ones).

See the screenshot [2] I attached to the fedora bug for comparison. The
issue is both with r32531 and r34153 svn shapshots.

Any thoughts on the cause of the issue?

Thanks,
Martin
