[webkit-dev] Remove ENABLE_NETWORK_INFO ?

2014-04-18 Thread Philippe Normand
Hi,

I think that feature should be removed from WebKit. The spec[1] clearly
states:

Work on this document has been discontinued and it should not be
referenced or used as a basis for implementation.

Anyone against removing the networkinfo Module? It seems this feature
was initially implemented for the EFL port.

Philippe

Hi Philippe,

Sad to remove the feature. However, Network Information API spec. has still
many issues to support bandwidth and with providing useful information. So,
I should agree to remove it. However, if the specification is resurrected
in future, I would like to support it again.

Gyuyoung.
