  sorry I mixed-up WebKit and Safari here..

Logitech interest will be pushed to bugreport.apple.com for Safari.

We'll be keen on committing code in WebKit as an open-source contribution
in the meantime (as we do for Google Chrome in Chromium repository).

an appropriate forum for requesting feature support in specific vendors'

[webkit-dev] web-bluetooth API support

Hi WebKit dev members,

  as Logitech employee member of W3C's web-bluetooth community group
 I wish to raise our interest
for web-bluetooth support in Safari. This API aims to provide access to
Bluetooth Low Energy (aka Bluetooth Smart) to web-sites.

A bug has been entered long-time ago
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=101034, which I replied to recently.

Web-bluetooth would be a key component which would unleash device access
from the web, enabling us device vendors to provide a richer experience
through various platforms.
