So far from what i have done, I had installed on Redhad+webmin+wo and all
worked pretty happy.
Has anyone experienced any problems with installing webmin on a Linux
box (RedHat) when it has already been set up and is running WO happily?

You shouldn't have any problems. From my experience, Webmin won't
scrap your Apache modules list so it's pretty much safe.
