Well - we had Breadcrumbs on the libreoffice.org site as well with the previous design, but they were removed on purpose by Ivan et.al. People on the list were divided, some liked it, some thought they were superfluous. Now that the second level is displayed anyway as seperate menu-bar, I'm more with those who think it is no longer necessary. Having breadcrumbs is no problem. The question is whether that would help at all. It would add another series of links, with the same labels you already see multiple times on the screen - and that is much duplication...
