Ups, forgot about that one since it wasn't a simple change but needed
some minor reshuffling first to fit into a translatable string, but it
is now available in weblate.

Just the other day, on the Spanish Telegram channel, somebody was wondering
why the “Start Certificate Manager” button didn’t seem to do anything, and
then Juan Carlos from the Spanish team kindly explained to them that they
needed to install

Hi Annabelle! I can confirm that the string is nowhere to be found on
Weblate.
In case someone from the Website team can add it manually, here are some
translations:
