I have one suggestion and another which is either an issue or the web
server needs a bit of tweaking
1) is it possible to have an easier and not so long winded url to get to
the pootle site like pootle.libreoffice.org for instance.

we have pootle.documentfoundation.org as well. The logic behind our
infrastructure naming is to use
Pootle needs some improvements - the board is currently looking into ways
to make that happen, probably by a service provider, as some work in the
program's code is needed.
What kind of work is needed?
