Yesterday, I updated the FR download webpage for portable version.

I asked this type of question a while back and I got an answer stating
that it take a lot of work to create a portable version and since LO is
not working on 3.6.x line, they were using their manpower to deal with
that line instead of the older one.
I wanted to have a 3.5.6 or 3.5.7
