Maybe your download is incomplete. Please compare the size of the download and the md5sum with the one listed on the info page There is no genreral problem with 5.0.1 http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/5.0.1/win/x86/LibreOffice_5.0.1_Win_x86.msi.mirrorlist or try again with the 5.0.2 version that has just been announced.
