[libreoffice-website] Slovenian LO site's download page using English strings

Hi, Slovenian LO website in SilverStripe is fully localized, as are all newdesign website strings on the TDF Weblate, for a long time now. The website however now (I am not sure, since when this is going on) displays the download page almost fully in English (the part of the new design download
