Fixing that too .. This a bug in the Cool Stack src packaging mechanism.
If you're planning on the same kind of packaging, please make a note of
these bugs. unixODBC srcs needs to go into CSKphplibsSrc, APC src dir
also needs to go into CSKampSrc.
