This probably happened because the PDF was generated with GS or some other
clone... I've just done a conversion using Adobe Acrobat 5,
Thanks to Jeffrey Shell, the slides from the Python10 conference are now
available in PDF as well as PowerPoint. Some of the formatting got messed
up slightly in the conversion to PDF, so you're still better off viewing the
original PowerPoint if you can.
