Title: Glacier Lee, we place it inside of the patient's medical records so when we see the patient again, we can hand it to them and get a new address. Note that the unreturned mail is NOT part of our Designated Record Set, since it is a duplicate of a part of the DRS. (billing, lab results, notes, etc...)
