Not sure I like where this whole Xtypes thing is going. I have a perfectly good
SLE that does half as much as this with 50% more lines of code that I will now
have to retire. :)

I have chosen for another approach.
The MyReport service (see below) is currently embedded in tfrc.py and
modbusenergy.py.
Service MyReport opens a subproces which spawns the report command.
