[weewx-user] New Installation. Lots of fun

2017-01-01 Thread epeank
I stumbled upon weewx not too long ago and decided to use it instead of the PC Connect for Mac that Acurite has for use in conjunction with their 5-in-1 stations. I had some issues getting the USB interface to work with weewx on my Mac running Sierra, so I put it on a BeagleBone Black I had

Per Perhaps you could give us the output from wee_debug for each of the oregon stations, and say specifically, for each one, what is incorrect or not working correctly with each specific station. As I understand it different Oregon models emit different data, and provide that data in

This isn't a technical weewx question, and I apologize if I'm wasting bandwith. But I gotta know! :-) I have been watching my sunrise time (via weewx and confirmed by a Google search of sunrise in Halifax, 12 miles away.) 21 December is supposed to be the shortest day of the year, and it

Per, Weewx should not crash. If it does, that's a bug, and we would very much like to hear about it. Post the logs! Most installations run nonstop for months without any problems. -tk On Sun, Jan 1, 2017 at 12:11 PM, Per Edström wrote: > My Weewx tend to stop for

This doesn't address backing up a running system so feel free to ignore it. The varying SD card size problem can be overcome by shrinking the backup image you created using the laptop. I have a script that I use for that purpose here:
