The Archivedata.php is Completly white and in the Other one are Data it Changes

Yes the two files are in the Folder, and no its in the Home Network.
The Settingspage looks like Normal, but the index.php opens with Error:500 . Is
it possible a php Problem olso ore a chmod Setting Problem ??
