Try this in your weewx.conf in the SDR section instead
cmd= "sudo rtl_433 -F json -R 78 -f 91488"
And do you know that the frequency really is 91488? Have you verified
that with a visual sdr program of some kind?

Ok, a couple of things. I think you're going to need -F json in your
rtl_433 command to get things to parse. Another thing is that the SDR
driver returns light instead of radiation. It's then converted into
radiation in weewx.conf. An example of this is in the post that I pointed
you to
I'm glad that helps. As far as adding things to weewx goes, I've stumbled
through that for inside humidity but that's about the extent of it.
Hopefully, someone with more experience will chime in. I'm sure it can be
done. Weewx is very flexible.

One other thing. No sdr rpi recipe is meant to be followed by rote.
Specifically, you should look at the switches on the rtl_433 command and
determine what your situation needs. I would be surprised if your sdr
dongle needs the same -p 39.741 offset that mine does. You're going to
need to

And yes, I'm running an old version of rtl_433 that does have a -q option.
:-) I suppose I should upgrade.

Yeah, I don't really know. I'm just emulating what the console does.

That is true. However, that's what the WS-2902A console does. So we need
to emulate that in weewx. Here is a link to an Ambient Weather page that
describes this.

The latest weewx SDR driver returns light. So the conversion to radiation
needs to occur in weewx. That's the purpose of the line in the
[StdCalibrate] section of weewx.conf. That line also accounts for the fact
that the WH65B doesn't always return a value for light. Does that answer
your
We need to distinguish between the SDR driver and rtl_433. It looks like
you're trying to build rtl_433, which is not part of your original issue.
It should build, though.

I think you probably have the WH32B which is an indoor sensor with
barometric pressure. If that's true, I think your problem is that the
WH32B isn't supported yet in rtl_433, although there is some work on it.
In addition, you will need to change this line in your weewx.conf file
