For reasons I don't quite understand, your #FTP.last file has a slight
corruption. The encoding for monthouthumid.png reads
aaS'/var/www/weewx/brf_garnisonen/monthouthumid.png'
p86
when it should read
aS'/var/www/weewx/brf_garnisonen/monthouthumid.png'
p86
This is not the first
I renamed #FTP.last to FOO.last and restarted Weewx. (The file is readable
but I don't know what fault to look for..)
Now it works. So the file was blocking the upload (the files were in
/var/www/weewx/ )

What version and platform of Python are you using?
Please send me the file #FTP.last. If you used the setup.py installation
method, it will be /home/weewx/public_html/#FTP.last. Otherwise,
/var/www/html/weewx/#FTP.last. I'm wondering if it's corrupt
