By using Aercus firmware 2.1.9, you can simply set the destination server ip and port (your weewx server ip) and install weewx-interceptor. Easiest way to go; but this firmware version allows your to specify only wh24, wh26, and wh7 as your outdoor sensor, and wh25 as your indoor sensor.

If you have the Observer IP module, this is very simple. I did this with my Ambient Weather Observer IP (same as MISOL as both are made by Fine Offset, just different firmware), just follow "Method 2" here on Pat O'Brien's blog 7
