following line as the first or near to first line of the file:
#encoding UTF-8
If not try adding it to the top of each .tmpl file and see how that goes.

if you have any other skins enabled, and they point to the same directory, they

Hi,
Hard to say, could be any of a myriad of problems. I suggest you edit
weewx.conf, set debug = 1, save weewx.conf and restart WeeWX. Let WeeWX run
for at least two to three archive intervals and then post a copy of the log
showing the entire WeeWX startup and the two to three archive
