Same here running Accurite system under Raspbian stretch, have not seen any
problems in the last 12 hours anyway.

I reverted to 3.9.1 and wunderground updates are working again. Ubuntu
16.04, weewx interceptor driver in sniff mode. Syslog covering initial
upgrade showed 3.9.1 working until shutdown and 3.9.2 not working after
