The correct configuration file is /etc/weewx/weewx.conf which you can modify by running "weectl station reconfigure" and answering the questions it asks. Then run "sudo systemctl restart weewx" to restart weewx. You can view your logs with "sudo journalctl -u weewx --no-pager" to see all
