Good news. The problem is that the last timestamp in your database is 2019-08-26 19:12:00, which is far in the future. So, WeeWX thinks you have no "new" data. The fix is to delete all data in the future. Outlined here . Don't

Apologies, I missed the ‘not downloading data’ part of the issue and focussed on the template error. The lack of data from the station will be the root cause of the template error. You are correct that the dump will dump archive records from logger to archive but that won’t fix the problem. Do
