Oh a typo, there is *no* /var/www/html/weewx directory, so weewx is not
creating html

One other thing. No sdr rpi recipe is meant to be followed by rote.
Specifically, you should look at the switches on the rtl_433 command and
determine what your situation needs. I would be surprised if your sdr
dongle needs the same -p 39.741 offset that mine does. You're going to
