What is in your /etc/apt/sources.list.d/weewx.list?
It should have this line: deb [arch=all] http://weewx.com/apt/ squeeze main
If not, you will need to reconfigure apt as Jeff suggested:
http://www.weewx.com/docs/debian.htm

Yeah, did that. Did a upgrade while I was at it and also tried a reboot.
No change.
