I managed to fix the issue with the pngs not updating. Not sure how but I
changed a skin setting in weewx and suddenly the pngs updated.

the value of "image_background_color".
Look through all the skin.conf files, looking for the
image_background_color option, and make sure it has a valid value.
Incidentally, screen shots are not the best
Since the skin is just an output of the database you can delete the contents of
your html folder and weewx will copy them back on it's next archive interval.
I'd take a backup of the folder (just in case), delete the html folder
contents, restart weewx and wait for it to repopulate the files.

I wonder what makes the .png for the graphs in /html/weewx update?
I may have mixed up some skins so I need to sort out what makes the graph
pictures update :)
I have all graphs I want on my webpage but they are not updating...
Hope someone can explain to a newbie
