A word from the SIP experts here would be appreciated - is the
WengoPhone sending its SIMPLE presence notification correctly or not? If
not, what needs changing?

Been a long time. When I used to test Wengophone against Asterisk to
XLite, the presence always worked with XLite.
I can't judge one way or the other if the message below is correct,
but I do remember it used to work.
