release series, and translations are now open!

So if I upload the old .po files, I end up with a lot of redundant,
unused strings,
The easliest (?) thing to do is to run a global search replace on the
old .po files, convert them to .ts files, make lupdate, convert the
resulting .ts files to .po files, and upload those. But I'm not
confident in a blind search replace for this.

Yes, these strings will be fuzzy, which is totally normal.
