I see that this file is installed on my computer for vc++ 2003 but not for

I have been trying out the 2.2 branch with the trunk of phapi for a
while, and I have a working softphone (yay!) except for a small problem
I had building with oSip 2.2.2 - compilation went OK when using oSip
internal (a 3.1 I think).
I have a first patch which needs to be applied to
