I installed today a fresh VM with Windows 8 Update 1 and BfW 1.11.13.
I can reproduce this bug in the tutorial with Konrad - so it is *not* fixed!
Can i change the status or must i open up a new bug report?

1.11.13 is the version where this bug was discovered. It has been fixed on
the development version (not released yet... but soon). Please check again
after that release to confirm it really is fixed. Thanks for the report!

There is a proposed patch for this now on wesnoth master. If we cannot find
any problems with it, it will be backported to 1.12. Most likely we will try
to test over the course of about a week but maybe only a few days.
