Details:

I found this bug in "Creep War" addon, and tried to fix it, but it seems like
WML error.

Playable sides have incorect names in create-game dialog, if AI sides with
"allow_player=false" defined between them. It's only that dialog's bug: info
in game status menu is always correct.

In my sample there's 9 sides:
+ West Player 1
+ East Player 1
- South Computer
+ South Player 1
+ West Player 2
- East Computer
+ East Player 2
+ South Player 2
- West Computer
So startup dialog should have west-east-south-west-east-south, but there's
another west displayed instead of south, and player can select from 2 teams
only. When remove "allow_player=false", it works notmally.
