Milton, Vasco, Ruffino, et al,   It would have been simple to seek clarification from Mr. Acidri David Onzima, the source of the title Lt. My undertanding is that Mr. Acidri used Lt. as a short form of Late, a prefix normally used to refer to deceased persons.   I agree with Ruffino, Late Rt.
