Indeed, we need it. The University of West Nile should come.I was very
disappointed when a senior politician of westnile who was ignorantly opposing
this proposed university as quoted in one the dailies.He blindly argued
that, having this university first before power will be a sheer
and sustainability purposes.
Alumni's can be a useful tool.
