G'day, It would be really advantageous if wget had a --range command line argument, that would download a range of bytes of a file, if the server supports it.
I've tried adding it with --header 'Range: bytes=from-to' but wget has
a problem with the 206 return code, and I can't see a way around that
on the command line. An alternative might be an
--allow-returncode=206 option. ;)
Downloading partial files is really useful when you have a small USB
key and a large ISO. ;)
