I've completed transferring all the bugs of which I know, to GNU
Savannah's bug tracker: https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?group=wget

It's a little bit clunky to use; the "search" feature is probably not
what you want, for instance (only offers text-based searches); you'll
usually want to use the "Display Criteria" panel on the bug _browsing_ page.

I'd like to encourage folks to use the bug tracker to report bugs,
rather than this list; however, this bug /is/ still officially a
bug-reports list (among other things). A lot of history of using mailing
lists in GNU for this purpose, plus a lot of our own documentation,
means we'll still accept bug reports here

Savannah was chosen mainly because it's handy, and it does what I
actually need it to do. Other trackers were considered, but in the end,
this was easiest for me.

To see the list of bugs that are currently targeted for the GNU Wget
1.11 release, visit:

https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php?group=wget&func=browse&set=custom&msort=0&report_id=189&plan_release_id%5B%5D=101

Note that this list is, of course, subject to change.
