I changed the sessionStore of my application (using Wicket 2) to be
'wicket.protocol.http.HttpSessionStore' i.s.o.
'wicket.protocol.http.SecondLevelCacheSessionStore' (because I use
methods in the AccessStackPageMap that are not supported in the pageMap
of SecondLevelCacheSessionStore).
When
that are not required or wrap components
in markup containers to be able do add them dynamically ?

for something like this i would probably use fragments rather then
panels because it doesnt make sense to have a buch of tiny external
markup files.
