GunChleoc has proposed merging
lp:~widelands-dev/widelands/allows_seafaring_performance into lp:widelands.
Commit message:
Only recalculate whether a map allows seafaring when something has changed
- New function Map::recalculate_allows_seafaring()
- Map::allows_seafaring() is recalculated:
