Currently, the review process on complicated pages gets bogged down by the fact
that we need to display the (uncached) old revision underneath the diff. There
are two ways we can think of to address this problem:
1. Work out a caching mechanism for old revisions
2. Decouple rendering of the review buttons + diff from the rendering of the
old revision (e.g. by rendering the old revision in an iframe)
