During uploading files to Wikimedia Commons, license tags are now
automatically, defaultly placed under the {{Information}} box, its "permission"
field is filled in with "See below." That is not only unnoticed and unsightly:
in fact the parameter "permission" isn't used at all, could be removed.
The upload script should be corrected so as it placed the license tags as
parameters of the template {{Information}}:
