file (photo) in artikle http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthony_Rowley is only
displayed to logged in users.
If article is requested by a non registered user, no photo is shown.
This problem is, no matter if I use
[[Datei:Dr. Rowley.jpg|miniatur|hochkant|Dr. Anthony Rowley (2010)]]
or
[[File:Dr. Rowley.jpg|thumb|upright|Dr. Rowley]]
I have no idea, what's wrong, because this problem occures only in
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthony_Rowley
